The Coronavirus outbreak continues to affect our communities and day to day life here in the UK. We want to share the ways in which we're adapting to this new reality, we understand you've probably got some questions about what these changes mean for you, our customers. We've outlined the main things you need to know below:
At The Barbecue Centre, people, family and friends are the heart of everything we do. To this end our Retail Store will be closed from Tuesday 3rd November in accordance with government guidelines - please check here for further updates on our re-opening.
Due to the recent change in Government guidlines, shops selling non-essential items should close to help limit the spread of COVID-19; this has meant that our retail store in Upper Caldecote has had to close, however our online service will continue, whilst still safe to do so.
Postal services and delivery networks are going to continue running as normal. We are in daily communication with our delivery partners and currently it's mostly business as usual. If this changes at any point, we'll tell you straight away.
Online retail now has an increasingly important role to play, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. We want to do everything we can to make sure you receive the items you want - and also protect the health and safety of all parties involved.
Whilst policy might change in the coming weeks, we know for now there may be delays in dispatch, during this time, we ask for your understanding and patience.
We're currently revising our working arrangements to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and the general public.
