The Coronavirus outbreak continues to affect our communities and day to day life here in the UK. We want to share the ways in which we're adapting to this new reality, we understand you've probably got some questions about what these changes mean for you, our customers. We've outlined the main things you need to know below:
At The Barbecue Centre, people, family and friends are the heart of everything we do. To this end our Retail Store is currently Closed.
You've probably seen that on Monday 23rd March, the Government announced that shops selling non-essential items should close down to help limit the spread of COVID-19; this has meant that our retail store in Upper Caldecote has had to close, but the Government are encouraging online retail to continue where it is safe to do so.
Postal services and delivery networks are going to continue running as normal. We are in daily communication with our delivery partners and currently it's mostly business as usual. If this changes at any point, we'll tell you straight away.
Online retail now has an increasingly important role to play, and we don't take that responsibility lightly. We want to do everything we can to make sure you receive the items you want - and also protect the health and safety of all parties involved.
Whilst policy might change in the coming weeks, we know for now there may be some small adjustments in sending your order. During this time, we ask for your understanding and patience.
We're currently revising our working arrangements to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and the general public.
Like many of you, we're still adapting to new ways of working remotely, so please bear with us, we ask you once more for your patience and understanding.
