"Sticky Honey and Mustard Chicken Kebabs"
2 Chicken breasts cut into strips
3 tsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp brown sugar
15g fresh thyme
3 tbsp runny honey
1 lemon, juice and zest of
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Must have accessory - Kebab Skewers
Prepare the marinade. Combine the garlic, thyme leaves, brown sugar, salt and pepper in a pestle & mortar and grind to a even paste.
Add the mustard, lemon juice, zest and olive oil.
Pour the marinade into a re-sealable food bag and add the chicken.
Marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Place onto the kebab skewers and cook over a direct heat.
Turn twice, every 5 minutes
