Rufus was known to tip back a little moonshine in his day. He called it his "mash". Nobody's really sure, but we think he may have been hittin' the sauce a little hard when he came up with the idea to mix mash and apples into a sauce. Oh well, turned out it tasted real good so the boys never said anything. They just ate.
