As with the S330 and standard E330 this steel grey model has the 3 Stainless Steel burners, side burner and Intergrated Sear Station, fitted with Stainless Steel flavorizer bars this barbecue cooks unbeatable food, the electronic ignition has the bbq fired up in seconds so your ready to cook in no time. The hood has a built in thermometer so you can keep and control the internal cooking temperature at all times for perfectly cooked and roasted food.
The Genesis E330 has an enclosed cart for storage, with porcelain enamel lid and painted steel doors in a superb steel grey finish. The control knobs are all front mounted so you have easy access and space on the side shelves for food, plates or pans etc. The castors have two fixed and two lockable for solid location, and makes easy work of moving the barbecue if required.

Fantastic for flash searing steaks to perfection, Weber's Sear Station boost burner creates a temporary high heat zone for searing the outside of meat creating beautiful caramelised grill marks and sealing in juices. After searing, slide the meat to a cooler zone of the grill to finish cooking - the "Sear and Slide" technique.
When searing is complete, turn off the Sear Stations boost burner, allow the sear zone to cool, and the Sear Station becomes usable grilling space. Traditional infrared sear burners can only be used during the brief searing process; they are not usable grill space during the rest of the cooking process.
