A massive 6 burner gas barbecue, the Excelsior 6 has all the style and features you would expect from a Stainless Steel Outback barbecue. This 6 burner bbq follows the popular design of the Excelsior range with superb features as standard and sturdy long-life build and design. The Excelsior 6 comes with new flavouriser bars instead of the lava rock. Flavouriser bars are used rather tha lava rock, they fit above the stainless steel burners and under the grill top and aid the distribution of heat, they also channel away excess grease to minimise flare-ups from a build-up of excess fat and juices that drip down from cooked meat, once the fat hits the flavouriser bars it is vaporised into smoke and steam which in turn flavours the food on the grill.
With a cooking area of 770 x 415 mm and 6 x Stainless Steel Burners with 1 x Side burner this bbq is perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Stainless Steel Roasting Hood and porcelain coated fire bowl, 2 x Porcelain Enamelled Cast Iron Grills & 1 x Porcelain Enamelled Cast Iron Griddle with heat Indicator and porcelian enamelled flavouriser bars. Swing Away Warming basket, Gas Bottle Holder and 2 x Utensil Trays. The roasting hood allows you to cook with the roasting hood down, this not only cooks food more evenly, but also speeds up the whole cooking process. The Excelsior range can also accept the optional Outback battery operated rotisserie, or use a smoker box with herbs or flavoured chips for a true authentic taste.

Outback barbecues are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Porcelain coated barbecue bodies, porcelain coated roasting hoods and stainless steel roasting hoods are warranted for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Stainless steel burners are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Outback UK will, within this period, supply replacements for defective parts free of charge provided that:
• The product has not been used for trade, professional or hire purposes.
• The product has not been subjected to misuse or neglect, including fat fires and flare-ups or use of a faulty or incorrect regulator.
• The product has not sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents.
• The care and maintenance instructions given in your Outback manual have been followed.
