The Lift Ease™ roll top lid is constructed from cast aluminium so it will not rust, and has been made to fit into zero clearance rear installations so it will lift but not hit anything behind, the stainless steel tubular handle remains cool to the touch throughout use. The lid seals tight when closed to ensure maximum heat retention and oven-like performance, allowing you to cook, roast or even bake, so now you can be as creative in your cooking adventures as you wish. At the front of the lid is a stainless steel temperature gauge with Accu-Probe™ which reads the temperature inside the grill for total cooking control.
Under the lid is the patented cast iron Wave™ rod cooking grids for a unique grilling experience and superior food support for smaller, more delicate foods. Under the cooking grids are Napoleons unique patented 304 stainless steel sear plates, these safely control most flare ups, the drippings are vaporized and refined into a traditional BBQ flavour! The 12.3 Kw of main tube burners are positioned front to back for precise heat control, this allows you to use each grill zone independently. Direct cooking allows you to sear your food in order to lock in the flavour, while the indirect method creates an oven style roasting environment to complete your cooking.
The Easy Set™ ergonomic knobs are well designed and connect to precision brass valves, with Napoleons reliable electronic ignition (battery is included) to start your barbecue quickly. The sides are constructed from stainless steel and have full width Contour™ condiment trays to keep all your cooking essentials right on hand. One of these shelves houses the 4 Kw range side burner, allowing you to cook your side dishes and to warm sauces. Comes with the "Presidents limited lifetime Warranty".
