The Napoleon LE485RSIB is fitted with heavy duty cast iron wave style sear grates that safely control flare-ups. The Stainless Steel sear plates protect the 304 commercial grade stainless steel burners. The LE3 (model number LE485RSIB) also features a built-in Infrared rear burner, and integrated ice bucket/tool chest in the side shelf.

Napoleon LE3 (LE485RSIB) barbecue has a gas infrared burner, these consists of a set of ceramic plates containing approximately 25,000 holes on the surface. Air and gas flow through these holes to burn at approximately 1800°F. The ceramic plates radiate heat directly to the food, with much greater efficiency than the standard "blue flame" gas burner.
