Can I use by Butane gas bottle?

- Yes, gas barbecue's will run from Butane gas, however larger barbecues are set up to run on Propane in order to get the benifit from the hotter temeparture that Propane burns at. The best answer we can give is if you have a half full bottle of Butane, take off your old regulator, or buy a new one for Butane and use the bottle up, then swap it over for a Propane gas bottle.

Can my purchases be delivered overseas?

- Yes, but the shipping prices are worked out on the cubic size of the order so delivery prices vary from what you order - Please phone/email in any such order so that we can get the best shipping price for you.

I've missed the 13:00 cut off time but really need the order to get to me tomorrow is there anything I can do?

- We can sometimes get deliveries out next day even when ordered after 13:00 so its always advisable to call us on 01767 681694

Can you deliver on a Saturday?

- Yes, but there is an extra £25 delivery charge.

Can you deliver before noon?

- Yes, but there is an extra £25 delivery charge, call us for details.

Can I have my order delivered one week from now?

- Yes we can hold orders until a suitable day for delivery, please state this in the special delivery instructions when ordering.

Do you supply gas for your barbecues?

- We sell the gas for the Q120 and Performer (Post 2005 models)

I want to order some spare parts but I don't remember the model name of my barbecue.?
