With the latest advancement in gas barbecue burner systems broilking have vastly improved cooking performance compared to other tube burners by adding a smaller diameter inner tube inside a wider thicker gauge outer tube.
This patent pending tube-in-tube design creates turbulence inside the burner and promotes even gas pressure and flame height. Other tube burner designs have a tendency to push the gas to the back of the burner, causing high temperatures at the back of the oven and low temperatures at the front. Dual-Tube burner technology and graduated port sizes, larger at the front - smaller at the back, combine to eliminate uneven heat. Stainless steel Flav-R-Zone partitions offer additional cooking flexibility by focusing the heat, allowing you to cook efficiently with only one burner, or to cook different types of food on different areas of the barbecue.
