RF Technology - Rust Free Cooking Plates
BeefEater's Rust Free Technology' cast- iron cooking plates come as standard on all models in the range of BeefEater barbecues. RF Technology uses extreme heat to bond porcelain enamel, one of the toughest and most durable cooking surface coatings to heavy-duty cast iron. The end result makes rusty, messy and unhygienic cooking plates a thing of the past.
Certain models in the Signature® range are fitted with solid stainless steel cooking plates and grills whilst others can be upgraded to have this luxurious feature.

Titanium Quartz Start Technology Ignition
The Innovative BeefEater Quartz Start Technology ignition system is built into the gas control on the burner to provide trouble free starting. The ignition pin is coated with titanium, an extremely hard and lightweight metal, to provide a cleaner, more positive spark. And, with Quartz Start Technology' there are no troublesome push buttons and no batteries to replace - ever!

Porcelain Enamel - Hygienic and Durable
BeefEater's Discovery series barbecues are made from porcelain enamel coated steel. Long recognised as one of the most durable finishes for outdoor cooking appliances, porcelain enamel is a hygienic, durable and scratch resistant coating. Additionally, it is easy to clean and maintain and will not scorch, burn or discolour during use. Because of this BeefEater offers a 5-year warranty on the porcelain enamelled steel frame and the porcelain coated cooking surfaces.

Stainless Steel - The Finest Material for the Finest Barbecue
BeefEater's Signature' series barbecues are made from the highest quality stainless steel. Like porcelain enamel, it is both hygienic and durable and provides the experience of cooking on a product manufactured without compromise. The Discovery 'Plus' and Signature' series roasting hoods are 'double skinned' to prevent both heat loss and discolouration.

Stainless Steel Vaporizers® for reduced flare up
BeefEater's 304 grade stainless steel vaporizers® eliminate the need for messy lava rocks and ceramic briquettes. Excess cooking fats vaporize on contact and reduce those annoying 'flare-ups' when cooking fatty foods.
The Signature® barbecues go one step further with a unique double-layer vaporizer® that leads the industry for reduced flare up and maximum flavour.
The system is ultra hygienic and this week's food won't be flavoured by last week's grease that has been absorbed in the lava rock.

Integrated Convection Roasting Hood
There's nothing like the taste of a juicy, tender roast cooked on a BeefEater barbecue. All roaster models feature a large capacity roasting hood that transforms the barbecue into an outdoor oven.
The removable roasting hoods feature a large viewing window, an easy-to-read heat indicator and a large capacity warming rack. The design also features a robust stainless steel handle.

Total Control and Flexibility
No matter how many burners your BeefEater barbecue has, all can be controlled independently. The stainless steel control panel houses the ergonomically designed burner control knobs - all of which are housed in brass bezels for safety and convenience. The control panel is fully ventilated to ensure that control knobs and valves do not overheat.
